Tundra Scientific is a Canadian procurement and manufacturing-program partner created to make international supply more manageable for North American businesses.
We provide access to established category-specific manufacturers and supply partners across Ingredients, Private Label, Packaging and Lab Supplies. Partner facilities manufacture or supply the products; Tundra remains the commercial and coordination lead from specification and sampling through quotation, documentation, production or procurement, freight and delivery.
Customers retain control of product approval and commercial decisions while working through one accountable Canadian relationship.
How we work
Every request begins with the specification rather than a generic catalogue item. We define the product, performance, documentation, quantity, market and timeline requirements, then match the request with an established category partner.
Where the existing network does not provide the right technical or commercial fit, we qualify an additional source rather than forcing the requirement into an unsuitable option.
A named Tundra contact remains responsible for the request from the first enquiry through final delivery.
Our divisions
Ingredients provides specification-led access to pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food, personal-care and functional ingredients through established supply partners. Private Label coordinates finished-product programs through category-specific manufacturing facilities.
Packaging operates through two distinct manufacturing streams: Flexible Pouches, and Labels & Shrink Sleeves. Lab Supplies consolidates reagents, analytical chemicals, labware, consumables and related documentation through established supply partners.
Each division has its own specialist partner network while customers retain one commercial relationship with Tundra.
Where we operate
We are a Canadian company serving organizations across Canada and the United States, and we source both domestically and internationally. We coordinate export documentation, freight, customs support and delivery; importer-of-record and customs-clearance responsibilities are confirmed for each order based on the destination, product and agreed commercial terms.
Compliance
How we document compliance
Certifications, licences, registrations and quality credentials vary by product, manufacturing facility, supply partner, intended use and destination market. During qualification we confirm the credentials applicable to the quoted program and make the relevant supporting documentation available for review.
These marks are certifications and accreditations held by the suppliers we source from, not by Tundra Scientific. We work only with suppliers who hold and maintain the licenses and certifications that apply to what they supply, and we verify that documentation before it ships with an order.
