Terms of use

This website describes what Tundra Scientific sources and how to ask us to quote it. It is not an online store: nothing here can be purchased directly, no prices are published, and no payment is taken.

Submitting a quote request, with or without a request list attached, places you under no obligation and forms no contract. It is an invitation for us to prepare a quote.

Equally, a request does not commit us to supply. A binding arrangement exists only once a quote has been issued and accepted in writing.

Product descriptions on this site describe categories and families at a general level. They are not a specification and should not be relied on as one.

The specification, grade, format and documentation that apply to a given order are those stated in the quote for that order. Where the two differ, the quote governs.

Listing a product here is not a statement that it is in stock or that it can be supplied to a particular place, quantity or timeline. Availability is confirmed when we quote.

Certification and accreditation marks shown on this site — ISO, FSSC, HACCP, organic, halal, kosher and similar marks — belong to the suppliers whose products we source, not to Tundra Scientific. We select and continue to work only with suppliers who hold and maintain the licenses, permits and certifications applicable to what they supply, and we require current documentation for a certification before it is represented as applying to an order.

Use the site for genuine enquiries. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access to it, or submit automated or fraudulent requests through its forms.

The content, design and branding of this site belong to Tundra Scientific. You may read, print and share pages for the purpose of evaluating or working with us; you may not republish them as your own.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Tundra Scientific is established.
