Products are manufactured, printed, filled or supplied by selected partner facilities. Tundra manages the commercial, specification, approval, documentation and delivery workflow, and stays accountable for the program end to end.

Yes. We maintain established category-specific relationships across flexible packaging, labels and shrink sleeves, private-label manufacturing, ingredients and laboratory supplies. Where the existing network does not fit a requirement, we may qualify an additional source rather than force the requirement into an unsuitable option.

Documentation varies by product and intended use. During quotation we confirm the documents applicable to your order, which may include a certificate of analysis, certificate of conformity, safety data sheet, technical data sheet, origin statement, lot traceability, calibration certificate or facility credential. What we confirm at quoting stage is what ships with the order.

That is the common case, and it is fine. Describe the application — what the item has to do, what it has to be compatible with, and what it has to comply with. We work back from the requirement to the specification.

Where one meets the specification, yes, and we will show the comparison so you can make the call. Where one does not, we will say so rather than quietly substituting it.

Importer-of-record and customs-clearance responsibilities are confirmed for each order based on the destination, product and agreed commercial terms.
