Send through a specification, a parts list, or a rough description of the problem. You do not need to know the exact product — if you can describe what it has to do, we can work from that.

If you have already collected items from the catalogue, send those through as a request list instead and we will quote them together.

In the details box, say which division your request sits under — ingredients, private label, packaging or lab supplies — or that you are not sure yet. It is the first thing we use to route it to the right person.
