Tundra Scientific manages two distinct packaging manufacturing streams: specialist flexible-pouch production, and specialist label-and-shrink-sleeve production.
We coordinate material and format selection, technical specifications, artwork, proofs, samples, production documentation, freight and delivery through one project lead.
Every pouch produced for you matches the proof it was approved against —material, print, seal— because packaging that looks right on a screen and wrong on a shelf costs a brand more than the run itself.

What we supply
01Flexible pouch formats
Stand-up, flat-bottom, three-side-seal, side-gusset, spouted and valve pouch formats, specified by product, barrier, seal, closure, filling process and shelf requirement.
02Pressure-sensitive labels
Roll and sheet labels with facestock, adhesive, liner, print method and finish matched to the container, application conditions and labelling equipment.
03Shrink sleeves and tamper bands
Full-body sleeves and tamper-evident bands specified to container geometry, film behaviour, application method and artwork distortion.
04Resealable and zippered formats
Zipper, slider and press-to-close closures on the pouch formats that support them, for powders, granules and retail portions.
05Spouted and valve formats
Integrated spouts for liquids, sauces and purees, and one-way degassing valves for fresh-roasted coffee.
06Child-resistant and exit-bag formats
Child-resistant and exit-bag formats for applications with defined testing and regulatory requirements. Availability and supporting documentation are confirmed for the product and target market.
07Lower-impact material structures
Recycle-ready, recycled-content and compostable structures where the product, barrier requirement and target market support the claim. Supporting evidence is confirmed for the selected structure.
