What we collect
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the quote request form: your name, your work email address, your organization, and the details of what you need to source. If you have built a request list, the products on it are submitted with that form.
We do not ask for a home address, a payment method, or any identity document, and there is no account to create.
Why we collect it
To answer your request. We use the details you send to prepare a quote and to reach you about it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
If you add items to a request list, that list is stored in your own browser's local storage so it survives a page reload. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us unless you submit the form.
Where your information goes
This website is served by Cloudflare, which processes the network requests needed to deliver the pages to you.
A submitted quote request is delivered to the systems our sales team uses to respond to it, and is shared internally only with the people handling your request.
Your rights
Under Canadian privacy law you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy question, you can raise it with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. We do not make changes retroactive to information already collected.
